Pangu Mystical Qi Gong: A Foundational Qi Cultivation
Rooted in Love and Kindness
Marina also offers a one hour session of teaching the Pangu Mystical Qi Gong Moving Form (Pangu Shengong) to individuals or in groups of two, from old to young at her home or through FaceTime or Skype. This quasi-meditative standing exercise, and that is at times done sitting for those who are experiencing some form of limitation, takes about twenty minutes to complete and is designed to promote wellness, balance, vitality and an overall sense of well-being by strengthening the immunity of the individual through the exercise cultivation of Qi. Grounded in love and kindness, what Master Ou has created for others is a simple yet powerful, if not a life-changing and beautiful, practice that promotes health and happiness. Pangu Shengong in Chinese is usually translated as Pangu Mystical Qi Gong. This translation suggests the practice as going beyond traditional Qi Gong, or energy cultivation.
It takes but one hour to have an invaluable skill set that can be applied for life. Marina introduces the session with a brief history of its genesis, its benefits to practitioners, and teaches the basic principles of how to do the moving form of PGSG. Marina will share tips and make sure you understand how you can apply this exercise in your daily life to achieve astounding health and better overall wellness results. An instruction sheet will be provided to the client at the end of the session.
Marina will then follow-up with the client to make sure they are comfortable in the practice and, if desired, will offer to do the practice together again in a second session of a half hour. There is no prerequisite to the class. Marina has taught this skill set to children as young as ten and to older people as young as ninety-one.
Should you not live in Montreal, Marina will find a way to put you in touch with someone to help you learn this skill in person over Skype or FaceTime, should you prefer.
